12-5-09 - Day 4, things are starting to take shape

Made some good progress today.

Had a ton of help from Adam, Tony and Matt. Huge thanks to all of them for their help!

Got the turbo in and quickly realized that in order to hook up the oil return, we'd need to reclock the center section of the turbo. One of the bolts was impossible to get to, so we had to cut a wrench in half and grind it down to make it skinny...lol

Everything else was pretty much straightforward, just took a lot of time. Matt fabricated a bracket for the intercooler since my used kit was missing one.

Adam polished up the new headlights so they'd be ready when the time comes.
